Abstract: The paper presents conception of rural area and agriculture development. Three areas of this environment activity were distinguished. Present agricultural functions have not lost on their importance; only need of the systematical development extorted on rural area community new, another than up to now area of professional activity. Presented model of rural area and agriculture development has got a chance for practical realization and improvement of the situation in countryside.
