Abstract: Mostly positive changes in consumption realisation conditions in previous 10 years and also changing consumer and his behaviour made a revolutionary changes in food consumption patterns. Provided analysis of food consumption showed the general tendency for decreasing unit consumption of food and changes in its structure. The main objective of this paper was showing particular aspects of food consumption and household consumption behaviours in the nineties.
