Abstract: In the study the results of analysis of economic-financial condition of farms according to the labour productivity strategy have been presented. The research showed, that increasing the value added and the reduction of employment (+ΔP, –ΔZ) is the most attractive way of the development of the labour productivity from technical-economic, fi-nancial and income parameters point of view. Households undertaking this kind of strat-egy of the labour productivity stood out with proper financial liquidity, satisfied ability for management debt, with the high efficiency measured by rotation and the productivity of production factors and the ability to generate profit. With reference to the Polish agricul-ture implementation of this variant will be difficult due to current structure of the agricul-ture, the general level of development of the economy and weak influence of institutional mechanisms, which has significant impact in agrarian transformation all over the word.

Streszczenie w języku polskim: W opracowaniu zaprezentowano wyniki analizy przekrojowo-dynamicznej charakterystyk ekonomicznych i finansowych, opisujących ścieżki przemian gospodarstw rolnych w zależności od stosowanej strategii wydajności pracy. W analizie skoncentrowano się na przemianach w sytuacji finansowej, określonej przez wybrane kryteria oceny statycznej i dynamicznej płynności finansowej, poziomu zadłużenia i zdolności jego obsługi, sprawności gospodarowania, siły dochodowej oraz zdolności do generowania zysków.
