Abstract: In the paper are presented the resources and economic results of restructuring performance in the Ukraine economic. The review of the discussion in reamed society of the country on dangers connected with liberalisation of the Ukrainian and international trade was shown. The neccessity and benefits of these proccesses for the Ukrainian economy development were presented.
