Title: The analysis of chosen actions in the frame of the Program of Rural Areas Development 2007-2013
Abstract: The aim of the study was to analyse four chosen actions activated within the frame of the Program of Rural Areas Development 2007-2013 (PRAD 2007-2013). In the frame of the 1st Axis there were analysed structural pensions and producers’ groups, however in the 2nd Axis there were analysed supporting farms operating on the unfavourable areas and agri-environmental schemes. The level of financial support was established on 7.1 billon EUR, what stood for 42.0% of the whole PRAD 2007-2013. The extent of using financial support instruments for the first two years of the program functioning remains on quite a low level with the exception of supporting farms operating on the unfavourable areas.
Streszczenie w języku polskim: Celem opracowania była analiza czterech wybranych działań, które uruchomiono w ramach PROW na lata 2007-2013. W ramach Osi I analizowano renty strukturalne i grupy producentów rolnych, natomiast w ramach Osi II wspieranie gospodarowania na obszarach ONW oraz programy rolnośrodowiskowe. Poziom wsparcia finansowego ustalono na poziomie 7,1 mld euro, co wobec 16,9 mld euro dla całego PROW stanowiło 42,0%. Stopień wykorzystania instrumentów wsparcia finansowego przypadającego na dwa pierwsze lata realizacji programu, pozostaje na niskim poziomie, za wyjątkiem pomocy udzielanej rolnikom gospodarujących na terenach o niekorzystnych warunkach gospodarowania.
